MGMT 677 : Employees Motivation and Performance

Prerequisites: MGMT 405 or consent of instructor.
Description: Major theories of work motivation and their applications for influencing employee performance are examined. Topics include individual differences and needs, goal setting, reinforcement, equity, expectancy, job design and the effects of managerial strategies on job attitudes and performance.
