CHEM 343 : Biochemistry I Laboratory

Prerequisites: CHEM 334 and 340 or 349 with a grade of C or better; CHEM 320 recommended.
Description: Chemical and enzymatic experiments involving proteins, carbohydrates, and nucleic acids with emphasis on enzyme kinetics. Utilization of standard and modern biochemical techniques. (Charges for missing or damaged laboratory locker items apply.) Classwork, 1 unit; laboratory, 2 units. Extra fee required.
