BIOL 815 : Advanced Phylogenetic Analysis

Prerequisites: BIOL 812 or consent of instructor.
Description: Methods and techniques of phylogenetic inference. Parsimony, maximum likelihood, quantitative phylogenetic analysis, and comparative methods. Molecular data in evolution. Classwork, 3 units; laboratory, 1 unit. Extra fee required. (Plus-minus letter grade only.)
