MKTG 637 : Sales Management

Prerequisites: MKTG 431 and MKTG 433.
Description: Role of sales managers in line and staff planning. Selection, organization, supervision, compensation, and motivation of the sales force. Coordination of sales with other marketing functions. Measuring the sales manager's contribution to profitable operations.
