C J 503 : Criminal Adjudication in the U.S.

Prerequisites: upper division standing, CJ 300, passing score on JEPET or ENG 414, or consent of instructor.
Description: Case law emerging from appellate review of criminal trials, and the more frequent process of plea bargaining. Observations in criminal courts.
