The second half of a year-long integrated reading-writing course that meets ENG 114 learning outcomes, offering opportunities to write approximately 8,000 words. Successful
completion with grade of C- or better (along with successful completion of ENG 104) meets the university's first-year composition requirement. Students who successfully
complete ENG 104 but not ENG 105 must take and successfully complete ENG 114 to meet the University's first-year
composition requirement. Students who do not successfully complete both 104 and 105 or both 104 and 114 within one year from the time of admission will be subject to disenrollment from
the university. Class work, 3 units; laboratory, 1 unit.
