AFRS 376 : Government, the Constitution, and Black Citizens

Prerequisites: Upper division standing or consent of instructor.
Description: Nature and source of constitutional power--federal and state. Interaction of the Supreme Court with the Congress and with the Presidency; constitutional issues involving poor and Black citizens. Satisfies the U.S. government and the California state and local government requirement.
