AFRS 345 : Blacks in Urban America

Prerequisites: Upper division standing or consent of instructor.
Description: Structural and cultural conditions such as poverty, economics, welfare and political arrangements that impact urban America; particular attention to ways in which Black communities examine how poverty and race influence social policy and effective strategies and solutions for change.
