| Description: | Pleistocene and Holocene environments, and their geomorphic and stratigraphic record. Emphasis on landform evolution, soil genesis, soil genesis, climatic history, sea level changes, neotectonics, and environmental impact. Paired with GEOL 754. Students who have completed GEOL 754 may not take GEOL 454 for credit. Classwork, 2 units; laboratory and fieldwork, 1 unit. |
