Description: Introduction to Native epistemologies, world views, and the social structures and institutions of “traditional” law, governance, justice, and ethics. Historical overview of customary perspectives and practices; examination of contemporary revitalization efforts that restructure colonial self-government paradigms, sovereignty principles, and self-determination.
