The economics of resource utilization and conservation; the economics of energy, including petroleum; recreation area economics; economic growth and population growth analysis; analysis of the
economic impact of pollution; income redistribution effects of environmental change; the environment and price theory. Paired with ECON 850. Students who have
completed ECON 550 may not take ECON 850 for credit.
