GEOG 572 : Geography of Latin America

Prerequisites: upper division standing.
Description: Physical and human geography of Latin America, including hazards, demographic and ethnic patterns, current geographic issues and the historical development of cultural landscapes. Includes a critical review of selected topics and discussions of future challenges. [GE]
