ASTR 321 : Observational Astronomy Laboratory

Prerequisites: ASTR 320 (may be taken concurrently) or consent of instructor.
Description: Observation with small telescopes. Astronomical coordinates, determination of time, adjustment of equatorial telescopes, astrophotography, astrometry, photographic and photoelectric photometry, and spectroscopy. Classwork, 1 unit; laboratory, 1 unit.
