CHEM 821 : Mass Spectrometry - Principles and Practice

Prerequisites: Classified graduate standing in chemistry or consent of instructor.
Description: Fundamental principles and modern practice of mass spectrometry, instrumentation (mass analyzers, ionization modes, sample introduction systems) and applications (qualitative and quantitative analysis, environmental and biomedical applications). (Plus-minus letter grade only.)
