PHYS 450 : Introduction to Solid State Physics

Prerequisites: PHYS 320/321 and MATH 245 or 376.
Description: Physical properties of crystalline solids including dielectrics, ferroelectrics, conductivity, semiconductors and superconductors: problems in solid state physics.
