BIOL 862 : Contemporary Methods in Systematics

Prerequisites: BIOL 458 and graduate status in biology or consent of instructor.
Description: Seminar on recent advances in systematic biology. Topics include comparison of cladistics and phenetics, criteria and methods for diagnosis and analysis of phenetic and phylogenetic tree models, transformation series analyses, and use of available computerized methods.
