BIOL 333 : The Genetic Revolution

Prerequisites: one course in college biology or consent of instructor.
Description: Intended for non-majors. Principles of genetics and the meaning and impact of the new genetic technology in relation to society. Genetic constitution of human populations; genetic intervention in human disease, the heredity/environment controversy, and ethical issues. [GE]
