PLSI 711 : U.S. Supreme Court in the Making of Public Policy

Prerequisites: graduate status or consent of instructor.
Description: Focus on the political and policymaking powers of the U.S. Supreme Court. Topics include political jurisprudence, constitutional and statutory interpretation, the selection process, the decisional process, appellate process, and the impact of Supreme Court decisions. May be repeated once for credit.
