PSY 432 : Cognitive Development: Language, Thinking, and Perception

Prerequisites: PSY 431 or consent of instructor.
Description: Cognitive development is studied from two dominant approaches--Piagetian and information processing. The textbooks used are collections of articles by leading theoreticians and researchers in the areas of perception, attention, mental representation (episodic and semantic), and problem solving. [GE]
