ECON 516 : Law and Economics

Prerequisites: ECON 100 and 101 or 305.
Description: Application of economics to law and legal institutions. Effects of laws on resource allocation. Public regulation of the market. Antimonopoly, landlord-tenant laws, regulation of business and financial markets, environment, zoning, income and wealth distribution, tort and property law.
