Planning Approval
All site improvement and building projects -- including new construction, interior and exterior renovations, and additions -- must be reviewed and approved by CPDC for conformance with University standards, policies, and programs. The applicant shall submit preliminary drawings prepared by an architect and other information necessary to adequately describe the project including the following:
- Plans
- Elevations
- Sections necessary to show basic structure and vertical space
- Description of finish materials and/or samples or product sheets
