Upon its reopening in the Fall 2004, 600 beds in renovated 1- and 2-bedroom apartments were again made available to transfer or sophomore students under the age of 20.

The apartment building was renamed the Towers at Centennial Square. The Guest Center/International Community was renamed the Science and Technology Community, to house full-time freshmen under the age of 20.
