Fine Arts external building repairs

Completed September 2004

This project repaired the deteriorated and leaking exterior wall joints from the ground to the roof parapet of the 5-story section and provided a new top color coat to the exterior of the building. Deteriorated concrete wall surfaces on the original 2-story building section were also repaired.  New aluminum windows on the south, east, and west sides of the building were installed.
