Description |
This project remodeled approximately 1500 square feet of existing café space on the Conference Level of the Student Center to include new customer counter, architectural finishes and service utilities. |
Scope of work |
Work involves construction of fire-rated perimeter walls, service counter and 1-hour fire-rated automatic roll-down fire door assembly between kitchen and customer area. Quarry tile floor and acoustic suspended ceiling will be provided. Service utilities, such as gas, water and electric will be improved and expanded to support new kitchen equipment. |

Work has been completed. Health Department and State Fire Marshal final inspections have been conducted. Awaiting issuance of the Certificate of Occupany |
