University Park South Roof Replacement

This project is the replacement of roofs on structures at University Park South.. This apartment property has aging roofs and gutter systems that have led to many waterproofing problems – these replacements should address many of the deferred maintenance issues the University has experienced since acquiring the property.

The project scope of work includes the following: removal of existing surfacing, roofing, insulation and flashing at low-sloped roofs, including replacement of deteriorated roof framing and deck surfaces, and installation of a single-ply PVC roofing system; also included is removal of existing clay tiles, underlayment and flashing at steeply-sloped roofs, including replacement of deteriorated roof framing and deck surfaces, and reinstallation of existing clay tiles or new tiles.

A pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for July 9, 2009 and bids are due July 23, 2009.
