Faculty Signing Out Equipment for Student Presentations:

You can reserve any AV equipment for student presentations in person at our office in the BH 24 (Click here for location).

We will make the reservation in your name and put the student's name in a note in the reservation.

WHEN YOUR STUDENTS COME TO OUR OFFICE TO PICK UP THEIR EQUIPMENT, MAKE SURE THEY TELL THE STAFF MEMBER AT THE COUNTER THE FOLLOWING:

"I AM PICKING UP EQUIPMENT RESERVED FOR ME BY PROFESSOR _________ ." THIS WILL ALLOW US TO PROCESS THE REQUEST MUCH FASTER.

STUDENTS MUST SHOW THEIR SFSU ID TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT.
