Whoo doggie, the ECL is on the move again. For the duration of the Library Renovation Project, it will be housed in BH 210.
The Electronic Classroom can be reserved anytime university classes are in session. Faculty using the facility are responsible for making sure it is secured before leaving. During the evening hours, no support is available.
The Electronic Classroom, is outfitted with 20 PC computers as well as an instructor station with a large screen display in the front of the room.
Reservations must be made through the POWER system: http://power.sfsu.edu When you make your reservation, please specify in the event description field what software you will be using.
The following software is available in the ECL :
Adobe Creative Suit 2, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, MS Office XP, Firefox 2.0, Network Associates Virus Scan, QuickTime 7, MS Internet Explorer 7.0, SPSS 11, JAWS (On Select Stations)
Additional software can installed. Requests must be made when you make your reservation. You will be asked to bring the software to Mike Regan or Taylor Judd two weeks prior to your reservation date. You must have written permission to use the software, or current valid license. The software will be removed after your request and needs to be requested again for any subsequent dates.
