In this documentary University of Arizona professors Alfonoso Moises and Martha Moises show how the male Latino cultural archetype (machismo) and the female Latina cultural archetype (marianismo) shape sexual behavior and identity throughout Mexico and C entral America. The intransigence and arrogance of machismo is contrasted with the spirtual superiority of Marianismo.
