Three weeks after the first full-body scanner was delivered to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, a test run was constructed in which three dimensional garment models were created from scans of 8 women with diverse body shapes. Clothing designer Edith Gazz uolo of Clarity Fit Technologies first explains the manual method of garment design in this video, and then traces the scan designs from start to finished garments.
