Susan Sarandon hosts this study of images of women from around the world - of a young girl who has competed in beauty pageants since she was 22 months old; of Maria, who sells cosmetics along the Amazon River; and of Dorothy, a jazz musician who masquera ded as a man for years, to be accepted in her field.
