In December 1937 approximately 300,000 civilians in Nanjing ( Nanking ), China were slaughtered by the Japanese military. This video combines graphic footage of the event with interviews with former soldiers who were involved in the slaughter, and also shows the refusal of modern Japanese society to acknowledge the massacre or accept responsibility.
