In the 1990 Green Giant company decided to move its agricultural and food packaging operations from the Salinas Valley in California (where wages were $7.50 per hour) to Mexico (where wages were $0.62 per hour). This tape reviews the ethical and economic implications of the move, and the devastation Green Giant left behind. Introduction by B.
