Set in the African beachside village of Popenguine, Senegal, in December of 1964, this comedy follows a street-smart orphan named Bacc who relays messages between rival teenage groups; the " Ins " ( Inseparables ) who have girls, but no phonogr aph, and the " Kings ", who have a phonograph but no girls.
