Filmmaker Pat Ferrero ’s documentary presents a series of portraits of traditional quiltmakers. Centering on the meaning and function of quilts in the lives of their makers, the film explores the unique cultural and geographic communities of each of the women and shows their individual methods, techniques and inspirations.
