In the early 1970s the William C. Loud family let filmmakers Alan and Susan Raymond record their day-to-day problems for a public television mini-series, " An American Family ". Ten years later this video looks in on the Louds again, focusing p rincipally on son, Lance Loud, who announced that he was gay during the original series.
