Lorraine M. Wright and Wendy L. Watson of the Family Nursing Unit at the University of Calgary developed this series of videos for health care professionals assisting families experiencing illness. The process of family systems intervention is reviewed t hrough " end of session " and " during session " interviews in this sixth presentation in the series. Techniques demonstrated include interventive questions, commendation, split-opinion, therapeutic letters and positive connotation.
