In 1976 building contractor Burt Jamison had a job, a home, a family and a feeling that something was not right. This character study by David Linstrom examines Jamison’s metamorphosis from contractor to unemployed dumpster diver - a transformation in which he lost everthing he had, but found freedom and happiness. Jamison’s conflicts with his family over his uncoventional lifestyle are explored.
