For most people in the United States, "September 11" refers to the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. But for filmmaker Cecilia Cornejo, a Chilean citizen living in the United States, it is also a reminder of September 11, 1973, the day dic tator Augusto Pinochet took power in Chile.
