This program, originally presented in IMAX theaters, surveys forty years of observation of wild chilpanzees by Jane Goodall the Gombe Stream Reserve in Tanzania. Early research frustrations, naming the chimps instead of numbering them, battles between ch impanzee groups, chimps creating tools for termite fishing and problems with habitat destruction are noted.
