Cafe owner Rene Artois tries to keep his wife, his mistresses, the French Resistance and the German Army safely satisfied in this British comedy series set in occupied France during World War II. Each episode approximately 30 minutes. DVD includes interv iew with Gorden Kaye, sing-along by the cast. On this disc: 5. The Execution - René is sentenced to be shot as a saboteur. 6. The Funeral - after his fake execution René poses as his twin brother and must make his own funeral arrangements. 7. Reds Nick Colonel - the Communist resistance kidnap the Colonel and the Captain so René can shoot them. 8. The Dance of the Hitler Youth - trying to substitute a forged painting for a real one, René and Edith leave both in Gestapo officer Flick’s office - along with the copy Flick also had forged.
