In 1999 Truong Van Tran hung a poster of Ho Chi Minh in the window of his video store in a Vietnamese American section of Westminster, California, called Little Saigon. This program looks beyond the firestorm of protests the poster caused into the lives of the Vietnamese refugees who call the neighborhood home, the difficulties of exile and the building of a Vietnamese-American identity. Produced and directed by Lindsey Jang and Robert C. Winn. Closed captioned.
