Life among the British nobility in 1930s England is played for laughs in this comedy series, as bon vivant Bertie Wooster relies on his discreetly resourceful valet Jeeves to rescue him from romantic catastrophes. Based on the stories by P. G. Wodehouse. "Jeeves Takes Charge" when Bertie tries to disintangle himself from Honoria Glossop in the first episode. Then Bertie and Jeeves rescue Tuppy Glossop and Aunt Agathas pet in "Tuppy and the Terier". Bertie saves a romance and Jeeves saves Berties bank account in "The Purity of the Turf".
