Peter Jemison, Native Americans of the Seneca nation, Doug George Kanetiio of the Mohawk people, Audrey Shenandoah of the Onondagas explain traditions and history surrounding the law which brought peace to the Iroquois Confederacy. Th e use of wampum belts to seal peace treaties is also explained; Toni Benedict of the Oneida people displays a representation of the Hiawatha belt. Produced and directed by San Francisco State University faculty member Pat Ferrero.
