When things go wrong:

No image on TV:

Is the TV ON?
Have you selected the correct SOURCE (TV/AV1/PC)?
If you are using the VCR/DVD player, if you do not see an image, press the VCR/DVD button on the front panel to switch between the two players.
Image fills the screeen but it's stretched. Everyone looks short and squat. Press the P.Size button to switch to 4:3.
Image is really small with a black border all around it. Press the P.SIZE button to switch to 16:9.

No Sound:

Is the Volume UP on the TV?
Is there audio on the tape?
Is the volume up on your laptop?

Can't log on to the internet:

The server may be down or the jack in the room may be down. Call 81494 to have someone come out and check it. No quick fix available.
