To connect a laptop:

Make sure your laptop is turned off.

Turn on the TV.

Press SOURCE until you see PC on screen.
Then press EXIT.

The VGA CABLE is hanging on a hook on the side of the cart.
Connect it to your laptop MONITOR OUT connector.
Turn on the laptop LAST.
