When things go wrong:

No image through the projector:

Is the console MAIN POWER SWITCH ON?
Is the projector on the right SOURCE (VIDEO OR COMP)?
If you are using equipment in the console (CABLE TV, VCR/DVD) is the correct white button pressed on the INPUT SELECTOR?
If you are using the VCR/DVD player, press the VCR/DVD button on the player to switch between devices.
Is your videotape rewound?
Is the VGA cable securely connected to your laptop?
Is your laptop mirroring on? There is a sticker on the front of the console with mirroring keyboard commands.

No Sound:

Is the Amplifier on? Look for a green light next to the Left Output knob.
Is the Master Volume at 12:00 and the Main Audio, Comp Audio or Wireless Mic at 9:00 or higher?
Is there audio on the tape?
Is the volume up on your laptop?

The computer image is cut off or jumping:

If the computer image is cut off or jumping, press the AUTO PC ADJ button on the PROJECTOR CONTROL BOX. It will take a moment.
If that does not work, shut down and restart the LAPTOP.

Can't log on to the internet:

Wifi: Call DoIT at 81420.
Wired: The jack in the room may be down. Call 81494 to have someone come out and check it. No quick fix available.
