THE CINDY KOLB AIDS DONATION FUND
The Cindy Kolb AIDS Donation Fund provides grants for members of the SFSU community who are living with HIV.
Dr. Cindy Kolb helped to create this fund as a member of the AIDS Coordinating Committee and Director of Disability Resource Center at SFSU. The fund was named in her honor after her death. The fund is made possible through payroll deduction, gifts and fundraisers. There is no processing fee and all donations go into grants. Information will be kept as confidential as possible; only those directly involved in the process will have access to your name. The check will be sent to your mailing address. You must be either a student or an employee of SFSU to be eligible.
To request a Kolb grant:
- write a brief description of need
- provide verification of HIV
- include your name, mailing address, email and Social Security number
