Hours at One Stop for Spring 2012

Before instruction begins (January 3 - January 20):
9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

First two weeks of instruction (January 23 - February 3):
8:30 am - 7 pm Monday - Thursday
8:30 am - 5 pm Friday

Rest of the semester (February 6 - May 18):
9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

Over Sixty Program Suspended:

As one of the cost-savings needed to address higher student demand and lack of funding, San Francisco State University must reluctantly suspend the Over Sixty Program. Please read the following Over Sixty Program notice for details and how this suspension will affect continuing and new students.

 

Official Transcripts - Fall 2011 Grades:Student lying on grass with laptop

Spring 2012 grades will be available on official transcripts no later than June 15, 2012.

Order Official Transcripts Online: Skip waiting in line and use our online feature to order official transcripts. SF State ID number and password required).

 

If you do not have an SF State password you can request one using the SF State password service. A part of setting your SF State password is to select six security questions and answers that will be used if you need to reset your SF State password and cannot remember it.

If you are unable to use the online SF State password service, you can request a password reset by fax. To request a password reset, fax the following items to the Registrar’s Office at 415.338.0588:

  • SF State ID #
  • government issued photo ID (Driver’s License)
  • e-mail address
  • signature

Faxed password reset requests can take up to two business days to process.

Note: The Registrar's Office will no longer accept faxed requests for transcripts. For further information please contact our office.


Instrasystem Visitor/Concurrent Closures:

SF State will no longer accept any incoming students until further notice from the following special programs:

  • Instrasystem Visitor/Concurrent Enrollment (from other CSU campuses)
  • Consortium
  • Cross Enrollment
  • Cross Registration (from UC Berkeley)

SF State students wishing to go to another school using one of the special programs listed above should contact the host school for deadlines and updates.

NOTE: Special Programs will not be available for Summer 2011.
