The One Stop Student Services Center is a single location where students can take care of a range of school-related business, all under one roof. Before you stop by, be sure to click on the links below to find out if the service you need is accessible online.
Where
Lobby of the Student Services building (SSB), next to the Lot 20 parking structure and near the center of campus.
Hours
First two weeks of semester:
Monday thru Thursday, 8:30 am - 7 pm
Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
Remainder of semester:
Monday thru Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Services
Advising Center
Quick advice about General Education, graduation requirements, degree progress.
Hours:
First two weeks of semester:
Monday through Thursday, 5 pm to 7 pm
For in-depth advising needs, visit the Advising Center main office, Administration 212, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Bursar/Cashier
Pay fees, ask questions about fees and how to pay them, get a personal financial statement. Also located in the Administration Building.
Hours:
Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm
Friday, 9 am to 4 pm
Career Center
Find out how the Career Center can help you. The main office is located in SSB 206 and open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

College of Extended Learning
Pick up catalogs and brochures listing hundreds of continuing education classes; register for classes.
Hours:
First two weeks of semester:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Wednesday and Thursday, 9 am - 7 pm
Remainder of semester:
Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Financial Aid
Talk to a financial aid counselor about loans, grants, scholarships, and work-study; pick up an Employment Eligibility Verification form; apply for financial aid; find out when to expect your financial aid check. For quick answers to questions, call "FAVoRS," the Financial Aid Voice Response System, (415) 338-7000.

Open during normal/extended One Stop hours.
OneCard
Get your student I.D. in five minutes; add dollar value to your OneCard.
Hours:
(Pictures taken until 15 minutes before closing during normal/extended One Stop hours.)
Monday through Friday, 10 am to 2 pm
Registrar
Register for classes, access your records, order transcripts, check grades, file a change of address, apply for graduation, check your personal class schedule.
Hours:
Open during normal/extended One Stop hours.
Testing
Information and registration for tests, faculty evaluations, ZEUS test scoring, and proctoring services.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Undergraduate Admissions
Apply to SFSU, check your application status, make an appointment for pre-admission advising.
Hours:
Open during normal/extended One Stop hours.
