IX. DELETION OF COURSES |
. |
Normally, any course which is in the Bulletin will be deleted from the Bulletin if not offered for two years, or offered below a minimally acceptable enrollment (13 lower division, 10 upper division, 5 graduate) during one of the two semesters of the third year. It will be permanently deleted as an offering of the University unless a specific request is received from the department/program to have it placed in the Course Reserve Bank. When such a course is placed in the Course Reserve Bank, it will remain there for a total of four additional years. During this time it can be reactivated upon request of the department/program for offering in a specified semester. Those courses not offered during this additional four-year period will be removed from the Course Reserve Bank permanently. Approved by President Paul Romberg, September, 1979 Revision approved by Vice President Marilyn Boxer, May, 1991 |
